Have fun learning with an individual structure
Our courses are designed to be enjoyable and fun for our participants. But of course, we never lose sight of the goal set.
The following methodology is behind our courses:
1. NEEDS’ ANALYSIS
A personal needs analysis is conducted by the trainer before each training measure. This allows us to tailor our approach to meet your individual needs and those of your company.
2. OBJECTIVE
Learning objectives are defined with each participant. This means that employees can monitor their progress. The trainer has an effective way to monitor progress, and the company can immediately assess the cost-benefit ratio.
3. ASSESSMENT
The individual assessment of all training participants makes setting the training objective more precise. This serves to analyse active language skills as well as vocabulary.
4. TRAINING CONCEPT
Based on the needs’ analysis, objectives, and assessment, we create a training concept tailored to your company. The core of the training concept consists of the linguistic and content-related goals of your company and your employees.
(5. Company Courses: INTEGRATION OF INDUSTRY-SPECIFIC TERMINOLOGY)
In all training measures, upon request, we can convey and incorporate technical terminology specific to your company and industry. We’ll work on this material together and integrate it into your English Coaching. You will receive all of this material in digital form.
6. LINGUASKILL CERTIFICATION
With the Linguaskill certification, developed by the University of Cambridge, you can test and validate your language competency. It is a flexible and modular test that assesses the four language skills: reading and listening (combined), writing and speaking.
Linguaskill GENERAL for everyday work-life situations (e.g., jobs in tourism)
Linguaskill BUSINESS for situations in the business world (commercial or administrative professions)

The certification is in accordance with the Common European Framework for Languages A1 to C2 (CEFR) and is valid for 2 years.

Linguaskill is internationally recognized: It provides an assessment of language skills that aligns with international standards and is recognized by employers and government agencies worldwide.
7. ADDITIONAL CERTIFICATE OF ACHIEVEMENT
Upon completion of the training, each participant receives, upon request, a certificate of participation showing details of the English Coaching completed and their oral and written achievements.
